You could be right, but I've read a couple of threads and everyone thinks they will be around the 1k mark, we will have to see once the parts become available. I believe you can get the seats right from recaro for around 1k

Recaro has a website, you can check them out and shop for some pricing.

As for the GM stock seats they will cost more than 1K. I will find the price I saw the other day and post it up.

What's the difference between going with the GM recaros and aftermarket ones? If I'm not mistaken, I think the GM ones only give like a 2-3 lb weight saving per seat
