BTW........Is it a MUST to say convertible ?, I would NOT think so..

Example: Some cars came in Conv.,2dr.HT, or 2dr sedan (same model)
Just the Year,Make & Model is what you need, right?

The judges ruling is that this does not include the model. In 1962, the car you are referring to was the 1962 Chevy II. "Nova" is an option package, not a model. It was actually part of the name of the trim package which were the 100 series, 300 series and the Nova 400 series.

The answer is: Maybe. Because the rules require a year, make and model it would require the convertible tag if that were a separate model. For example; 1993 Dodge Viper RT/10 would not require the term convertible, because all RT/10's from 1993 were convertibles. A 1993 Mustang GT Convertible would require the term because the convertible is a different model than the Mustang GT.
