Ford may just be placing this close enough to the vette in performance as to prevent Chevy from making a camaro to match without overshadowing their halo car.

Still ugly. Mustangs might be quick, but Camaro STILL has it so far over that in the looks dept. it's not even worth talking about.

I'm sorry, I know you guys have already let him have it for saying the Ford GT was a fail, but I just can't believe a human being could look at this and call it a fail:
 Not only is this one of the most beautiful cars ever made, it's incredibly fast and had you bought one for $150K new, you'd now have a $200K car sitting in your garage. lol, even the most die hard GM fans respect the GT Nick C.

Just imagine if that thing was still around and had trim levels like the vette and got a the new gt500 engine. I think we would have a better corvette and viper right now. saw this one on mustang6g and thought it would be a win if a new ford gt looked like this. Its a new mustang render but to me it says Ford GT to me

Yea, the GT40 is a freaking amazing car. I've seen ONE in my life and it was in Nashville being driven by a Titans player. I cant remember his name for the life of me but he knew exactly what he was driving and he said he loved the thing.

. But the mustang should not look like a fusion it should look like a mustang. Its own unique look like nothing else ford or its sub-companies(aston martin) makes. If GM made its other cars look like the camaro or corvette they would be ugly as sin and they (corvette and camaro) would lose some of their unique appeal. The mustang should be the show off car with a one off design and not a fusion front end welded to a aston martin rear end
