This! Yes I have finally, fully quit, after my medication kicked in. 24 hours without a cigarette. I'm dying.

I'm smoking right now. Gf smokes too. That makes it the hardest. If one tries to quit the other gets off track. She just started going to the gym and we have been talkin. Gonna try sometime in the following week...subscribed!!!!'

Keep it up.....I tried to quit numerous times....hopefully, this time it will stick....been four weeks.

+1 5 weeks here, going about as smooth as it could get.

I'm not thinking about having one all the time like I was, but I still want one a lot. Especially being around my smoker parents... or after meals... or after a drink... oh, yes. I still want one badly... sometimes it's almost physically painful. This is halfway through day 3. I wonder when it'll start to get better....

This reminds me of trying to Not eat any kind of meat.

I only lasted a few days and my body was acting like it was starving even though I still ate beans, or salads, or cheese.

It didn't work.

If you can't quit smoking, don't feel bad. Any kind of "cutting back" is WAY WAY better than smoking a whole pack a day. :-D
