this has been all over the place...there are now warrants out for the arrest of those vet drivers. such a fail. and apparently the one on the right was pushin 600rwhp and claimed to 'slip on the clutch' causing him to lose control, they 'weren't' racing haha. and the dude on the right has a history of fraud or something and, not sure what's true, but heard he had been con-ing people on some car forums into buying parts and taking their money...
so, karma is a bitch...

The 23 yr olds Mommy told him to have the ambulance take him to the hospital as soon as the cops pulled out the handcuffs, so he wouldn't go to jail at that time. Cops were prepared to take them both right then. Sure the "kid" checked out of the hospital as soon as he got there. And yes its ALL over Houston that the other guy as a swindler and has stolen parts and taken peoples money for other parts he never had....
