I picked up a Sig P238 last year. I have been shooting it in a local league and damn I love it. I have my S&W Shield 9mm for regular carry and the Sig for deep conceal. Well I have been shooting the Sig better than the Shield! A number of guys have told me to keep shooting the Sig and they are right. Funny because it's much smaller and has a shorter barrel but wow I love that thing. I need to get my wife to shoot it to see if she wants one when her permit is approved.

The Sig P238 is a great deep concealed carry firearm, we really like ours. My wife and daughter really like shooting theirs!

Sig P320 replaces the M9 as the Army's standard issue handgun.

Saw that this morning as well. Wonder how many TENS of millions in taxpayer dollars were spent to come up with that decision?

From a civilian/LE point of view....

The 320 system IS impressive though. So nice to be able to buy one pistol , then easily switch to the different frame/grip modules, as well as different calibers.

I bought a 9mm sub compact for my wife...she liked carrying her 2" snub more... with a quick trade with another shooter I got rid of the 9mm SC and picked up a full size in .357 SIG for my own use. VERY convenient.

It's a $580M contract. Nice win for Sig.
From an American point of view...Would've been nice if S&W had won.

Gray Guns just announced a replacement trigger for the 320's. Bruce does good work, it should be a real improvement.

Yeah I would like to know what is wrong with the M&P9 that DQ'd it. I know the trigger is not "great" but it certainly isn't terrible.

That gun didn't do anything for me. The whole package just felt off.
