I've been trying to be neutral between the new ps4 and xbox, but I definitely have a ps bias. However, the closer we get to launch and the more that's revealed about these systems, I think I'm beginning to lean towards xbox. I think that the new kinnect has some real potential to make things interesting. I think for all intensive purposes they will be able to play games pretty much equally so I think those little things could help xbox. I also like it's status as the premium console price

The PS Eye and the Kinect have the exact same capabilities and features. If someone with the PS4 wants all the features that MS is pushing as a selling feature of the Xbox1, they can buy the PS Eye for $60 vs the $100 the Kinect cost. So don't base your decision on just this one accessory.

3rd party developers have said otherwise. Hideo Kojima said in an interview in July that during a test of MGS5, the PS4 was noticeably more powerful offline than the Xbone and when the Cloud Boost capability of the Xbone, it came close to the capabilities of the PS4. After E3, a couple developers stepped forward and said that the Xbone could only play their games at 60 fps when they dropped the resolution down to 720 but the PS4 could easily handle it at 1080.

Are there any games that will be available to buy when the xone is going to be released? I received 3 emails today (from Bestbuy) saying a some of the games I pre-ordered are changing their release date and not going to be released until December 31st.. :(

That's only because they don't have a release date yet is all. It will change once the release date of the system is released. Most of these big games will be available at launch.
