Wtf??? Lol well, I'd call the courthouse and actually find out when the date is. They should have a correct date on file. If they don't I'd go raise hell. I'd try and see if they would reduce the fine, if you don't have a lot of points on your driving record.

Loud exhaust is 0 points it isn't a moving violation. Only moving violations get points.
