Police chases are always fun. 90% of the ones here just end up off road.

Not really mock chases, but every year there is pit maneuver training. That's a big favorite, lol. There's classes that you can go to on pursuits though. A couple guys at my dept have gone to a class on it put on by feds and said it was one of their favorite classes they've gone to during their entire career lol
