Over the course of my internship at The Ohio State University's Waterman Dairy Farm, I was responsible for the production and collection of Grade A fluid milk from over one hundred lactating Jersey cattle. In addition, part of my duties involved maintaining sanitary conditions in the milking parlor, cleaning and disinfecting milking equipment, and ensuring fluid milk stored in the bulk tank remained at an acceptable temperature. Good enough answer?
