I test drove a 5.0 a few weeks ago. Nice car. If the 5.0 was out when I bought my SS, it would have been a very hard decision. The 5.0 is fast, but doesn't have the low end torque of the SS, which made the drive feel very different. Plenty fast though.

Careful...famous last words. 6 weeks ago, I was ready to order a Camaro, but took a 2011 Mustang 5.0 out just for the hell of it. I ended up jumping ship.

Well I had to remove my drag time from the Mustang in my sig because I am getting harrased. Funny thing is it is another Mustang 5.0 owner. He says he never heard of a 305 boss... That's because its a dealer mod!!!

Never heard of it either. Any other Boss Mustang I've ever heard of had a 302. Please enlighten me on this dealer mod you speak of.

A dealer mod? Like a set of decals with the embossed 305 logo? There is no BOSS 305, never has been.
