lol i got a Army Physical fitness Test this morning.. we do one every 6 months to make sure we are in shape.. ive been workin out like crazy since the last one.. lost some weight but my mid section wasnt slim enough to pass the tape test cause i wasnt within my weight range i was over.. im STILL over by 4lbs.. but i wrapped my body last night to try and slim my mid section up a lil bit.. least an inch or so.. and it definately worked so I can beast this PT test now.. ill post my scores later..

to MAX my scores I have to do a certain amount of REPS within 2 minutes. for my Age its

75 Pushups
80 Situps

i did 75 pushups last time and 73 situps.. and this was back in October when I was a fatty.. I'm VERY confident I will MAX this again..

Well I know about the Army fitness scores but I was wondering about this tummy wrap. You're right those are some really good numbers for a two minute period. The last time I tried for 2 minutes on the push ups, I did 67. I can't remember what I did for sit-ups, I think the last I did was when I tested for DPS.

Well its not the BEST wrap but when you want success you do what you have to..

Cling wrap and a lil Prep. H... I dont care who laughs at me for it.. I laughed myself when I heard bout it.. then tried It and I generally lose an 1 - 1 1/2 inches off my waist for tape test.. its not a permanent loss but gets me through soo here I go.. ill post my scores when im finished guys.. wish me luck!!!

Its all water weight, so yes the theory does work for a temporary fix. The best I probably look is after a heavy night of drinking (not that I do that much anyone more) because of dehydration.

damn.. i missed the PT test start time by an HOUR... i got NO call or anything.. and apparently my name isnt on the list to take one.. but i feel terrible..
