What did you work up to?

You still at PF?

lol no way at planet fitness anymore, dropped them about 4 months ago...at this gym called underground fitness open 24 hours, not a chain gym so really cool with chalk and barefoot

i did week 1 today, the last set where it has the "+" is where you go all out for your max...did 7 reps today for that 325....
first 3 lifts are warmups
every 5th week you increase your numbers (10lbs of your 1rm for lower body, 5lbs for your upper body)
....If I dont feel like I need a deload by week 4 I'll skip it and go on to the next cycle...this is called the 5/3/1 "big but boring" template.

I wanted to share my smoothie recipe with C5.
It is delicious, and has helped me become more healthy and lose weight.
I learned about it on the Joe Rogan Experience podcast

I generally hate the texture and lumpiness of smoothies, so I add all the liquids first, and then add the other ingredients one at a time. I let each ingredient blend for a solid minute to really break them up into as much of a liquid as possible.

1.25 cups of grapefruit juice
1.25 cups of carrot juice
Handful (maybe 4-6 sprigs) of broccoli
1cup of spinach
1 cup of kale
1.5 cups of blueberries

Add water if needed to make it more runny.
Enjoy.

I also frequently add an energy shot just to give me that extra jolt in the morning.

Legs! Skip shoulders for the afternoon since I have dumbbells at home and concentrate on a good legs workout! Can't walk right now but I feel good!

Ok here's the deal, my husband is now Banned from using Spirulina. That swamp juice has made him (his sex drive) Sky Rocket. It's like he's 18 again. I have to walk around with a rolled up newspaper constantly swatting and yelling "down boy, get off me, what's wrong with you, get your hormones under control, down down boy" so no more of that stuff for him. Well unless he gets himself a girlfriend, then I'll be sure to tell her "make sure you Wear Him OUT"!

Love the Rawfusion Protein. Taste great!
