Still there...

So funny story. I delivered a Camaro yesterday to Mr. Guadajro who happens to be completely deaf. I called the insurance company and explained I was the sales person and that Romeo was Deaf. We would like to make changes to his policy and put the Camaro on. I gave them all the information, and then the customer rep. told me "Great Mr. Boyd, I got all the information, now if you could please put Mr Guadajro on the phone I can finalize everything........

Then we go to do the Onstar and I explained that he was deaf and we wanted to do the welcome call... The went through the usual spill then asked me if he wanted to purchase the extra hand's free phone calling minutes. Again I explained he could not hear or speak, so the lady asked me... "Are you sure he doesn't want to take advantage of the special introductory price on the phone minutes....."



Then I get home and I have mail stating that this was my last chance to register for my Vietnam veteran Benifits. I call the number and try to explain there is some mistake.. The ask me if my name was John Boyd, and I said yes but my birthdate is 3/31/1980. She then asks "Are you sure you didn't serve in Vietnam."

I swear the idiots were out in full force yesterday.
