Elbows? I guess I've never been that out of shape. Then again, its been quite a while . . . I will let you know more tomorrow if my elbows hurt from push-ups.

Anyway, to add to what Milk said about resting, a good way to do it is to rotate the things that you do. If you're only doing a bit each day thats fine, pushups one day, sit-ups the next and go for a jog the day after. Repeat the cycle then take a day off.
i am very our of shape-its not really my elbows but right above them they hurt buf if i massage it it feels ok
my chest e3verything else hurts ima have to wait like 2 days for this to heal! like i did a bunch of different ones last nite
ahhhhh

PETE!! whats up buddy? how was texas-its been a busy weekend man-tryin to spend more time with my girl ya know

I like it. but I also have been using the "muscle confusion" technique since before the term was coined. I actually bought the dvd's at a yard sale for $30.00 about a year ago and what it had done more for me is to get me to work out more often since ive got them and I like to use them.

Good idea on the spending more time with the girl. Texas was great. My stomach and head are still recovering though.

Yep, give the muscles at least one day's rest before working them again.
