crazy shit has been happening around my campus too. Im kinda scared as our campus is so close the the third and fourth ward (ghetto). It gets dark outside at like 5:30 and im usually walking alone trying to get across campus to my car. The latest incident involved a girl waking up to find a guy in her dorm room trying to rape her. They caught the guy, thank god.

Ya Im at UH. There's a UH campus like two mins from my house in Sugar Land, but they don't have the business school there. Are you from Texas too?

Nope, not from Texas but I spent 2.5 years in Beaumont and a year in Houston. A lot of our contractors were in and around Sugar Land and I was contemplating going to Rice for my MBA

Oh, cool. So how'd u like it in Texas while you were here? Rice is a great School. So is UH but its just located in a not so great area.

Loved Beaumont (made some life long friends) Houston was so-so. I wasn't there long enough to fully explore.

I wouldn't be high on going back (not number 1 where I want to be) but I wouldn't be opposed to going back for the right work...
