I got a steal on mine Diz. Guy was desperate for a turkey gun and came down twice. I paid $400 cash and it was fired maybe two times for a total of less than 20 shells. It's the entry gun model with the short barrel and pistol grip.

Looks like this?

I like the look of the telescopic stock.

If you want an adjustable length of pull, I've read the Raven stock is a great option.

Accuracy was as you would expect from an AK. Good but not great. 2 areas that i thought were an issue ( for me) were, 1 the mag realease seemed a might too thin and flimsy for years and years of abuse.

I know this is a civilian rifle so that may not be an issue. Second, the magpul stock is nice, but being the fixed stock, is a tad too short. If I had gotten the adjustable stock it would not be a problem. Overall, the rifle is a good, solid rifle for its intended purpose. A nice, well built rifle for sport.

Would i trust my life with it. At this time i can't answer that. I know the rifle is new and still needs to be broken in. I'll do a few more sessions with it before i can answer the life and death question. Rating - 7. I'm pretty confident this rifle will perform as intended.

Thank you for the honest review.

Arg!! I was at Cabellas picking up some 9mm ammo they had on sale. I went to the counter to ask for laser bore sight and I see this Walther PPQ in 9mm. I've seen this gun before and I absolutely love how this gun feels, and the contoured grip feels just right. The trigger was nice and crisp. Much better than my Springfield.

So I look at the gun, drool a little while I make eye love to it. The mrs said "why don't you get it?"......A true keeper guys! I was thinking about it but I'm trying to save some money right now. Then the guy behind the counter throws in the last bit of temptation. He gives me an invite to a sale this Friday. Its a invite to purchase anything from the store and get employee pricing. I'll save about $60 off the top.

Do I get it!?!??! Ugh!!

Let's see. You're thinking about spending approx. 600.00, depending on model, to save 60.00 while at the same time you're trying to save some money. Sure makes sense to me. Duh!!!!

Come on... my wife tries to use that logic on me all the time... "I spent $200 on shoes, but I saved over $50 because they were on sale!"

Heyoooo, new guy here. But I'm a gun guy, so here's my little list of stuff
Ruger 10/22... Something any gun owner should have
Remington 710 in a 7mm rem mag (deer gun)
Winchester SXP (duck gun/beater)
Springfield armory XD9 subcompact (carry/center console gun)
Springfield armory EMP (carry gun)
And my pride and joy, browning citori XT. Back in high school I shot trap competitively and that gun has never once failed me through the 20,000+ rounds that have been through it

Welcome.

I just have the 4 hand guns and shotgun as of now. I really want a FAL or HK-91 at some point. I need to check out the Century Arms clone after PHXLT1 said his is doing well.
