PQ, in many cases, aftermarket paint is better than factory materials... EPA thing. Don't ask the painter HOW he wil prep/paint, just ask to see some of his work, there should be a car or 2 parked with fresh paint.

Sun fade makes matching difficult in older cars, but you should be fine there.The, Painter will blend the area, and attempt to match the factory orange peel. If he sands, buffs afterward it'll look great, but it won't match the rest of the car. Sometimes it's best just to let the pro do his job, and if you're not pleased afterwards, let them know it.
