I bet yall both $5 it will be the same day. Sales have always been better for consoles if they launch on a Friday vs launching through the week.

same day could happen, but even since the current gen was released, online shopping has grown so much, I don't think it matters what day of the week anymore.

A lot of people still prefer to go to the store and buy it and spend all weekend playing. Look at all the UPS and Fedex threads and think, what if that is your new console.

I suppose, but now you can get it on the first day it's released. so you can still play all weekend after release. surprised xbox didn't give a date. with all their changing, I wouldn't be surprised if it was a week after ps4.

I'm guessing X1 will be out the Friday before PS4 unless there is a global delay like everyone is talking about right now. Microsoft has another press conference tomorrow with supposedly big news. Who knows at this point.

I doubt it will be an announcement about a free game. My GUESS is that its a big F you to Sony and finally a release date.

I hope they don't cave and take the kinect out....... With everyone having it developers will be more apt to exploit it.

They wont. They already confirmed it is still coming with every X1 after they said it is no longer required to play.
