2.7 is a V6, also the AWD helps and only reporting the numbers Car and Driver reported.

Torque has more to do with 0-60/off the line than raw HP. HP comes mostly into play for rolling acceleration, 1/4 mile, and top speed. The 2.7T in the Fusion has 380lbft.
