I would not consider yours rice. very tasteful. I would consider yours a sleeper.

How is your car ricer? It doesn't have random crazy paint schemes with decals and vinyl sticking everywhere. Saying this I'd go with sleeper as well.

I don't see anywhere that the OP states anything. I don't know much about the cobalt so I wasn't able to tell. All I knew is it was a cobalt.

I'm torn on that one. It looks like it was well done. I think Mindz is way off base to say there is some specific number you have to meet. There's nothing inherently wrong with modifying the appearance of your car as long as you do a good job. If it has some mods to boot, then that's a definite plus. I vote no.

you know i say it looks good also. yeah it does have ricer options, but that is what the cobolt was built for to compete withe these other imported 4 bangers. not to sure what other options he could have done to the car to make it not rice.

the wing could be used on import or american, same with the hood but i want to say the paint job would fall under a rice mod. and i also agree with if its all show no go then rice.

see i have a tc done up like that but all i have under the hood are the basics and an ecu i call it a ricer for another reason i have this big sticker on the side of my buddys shop for advertisment, i was also told its not conisdered rice if its for sponsorship and friends advertisment

OK Im just throwing this out there, but the term "ricer" means its of an Asain background. This is a GM which would make it American and not Asain and therefore can not run on rice.

Heres his Dyno:

BTW im the one that took the pics and vids as I know the guy personally and have obviously seen the car upclose and can tell you theres no neons or anything in that nature. He just recently won Hot Import Nights "Charlotte" Best GM. I guess in you guys eyes this is also considered rice:

Do you know what it runs in the 1/4. I saw it had a top speed of 155mph.
Car is not rice with all the mods. very interesting once I found the site that showcased it. I learn something everyday. I bet It beats a stock camaro ss.
