I saw guy's who were level 1000, I was shooting at a guy who was not in passive mode point blank and did no damage. Everyone has all kinds of money now, seeing a tank or Adder on the street is frequent now.

also on another note they finally released their shark whale cars I.E. microtransaction for cash for 50 bucks on PSN you can have 3.5 mil GTAO dollars lol. Why would I do that when some random person just hands me a billion dollars ha ha. Hacks have kinda taken the fun out of the game I mean when someone cant be killed by point black shotgun to the face that's dumb. But the Glitches are fine if someone is in a glitched part then avoid that area lol. Or go into the glitch and kill them. I kinda get the feeling that Rockstar might do a money reset at some point cause of all the money givers and what not. I just want some heists to do soon.
