Actually, Will & Grace or even Queer Eye For the Straight Guy were much "gayer". Even Golden Girls was gayer (come on, 4 old lady's living together for that long....seems like closet homosexuals to me....lol)

Knight Rider was cool if you took it for what it was. It was supposed to be a little funny, a little action, a lot of cheesiness, and a cool car, and that's exactly what it was.

Don't be surprised to find out that Saleen had something to do with Ford "buying" it's role in the show. I think they missed the boat here going with the Stang, but I'll probably watch it and give it a chance anyway.

I'm getting the impression by more than a few of your posts, that you dislike ford... But must we be so adamant?

If it makes you feel any better, Heroes was going off for it's 'winter break' anyway. They have another Heroes related show called 'Heroes Origins' that is supposed to take up a few of the weeks in between.

Now whether the regular show comes back on time due to the strike is another question...

I think it's ok to use the Mustang, Right Now it's the most Popular Muscle Car on Sale today.

in a few years the only car you will see on the road are Camaros because they will be popular, and don't deny it, Chevy is going to make millions of them they have too to make Money, thats the name of the game, they did not make the camaro to make a statment (there not Apple for Christ sake)

If they did not sell millions of them they would close the plants like they did in 2002. they do not want a repeat of that. so to the guy complaining about the Millions of mustangs on the road.. that shows there selling very well and Fords Making Money, GM want's the same slice of that pie..

I will be the first in line to buy the camaro, because I love the looks, Just like I loved the Mustang. I buy what I like not because it's a brand. Brand Loyalty Sucks, it makes people closed minded, and foolish.

Reading off the specs and the 'options' was pretty funny. They should put as many as possible into the Mustang GT500KR KITT Edition, the flame thrower is a must!

There aren't a whole lot of people that think that way. I'm glad to see that someone has respect for the way that our domestic companies sell cars. The Mustang is a great brand with extensive brand loyalty, and so is the Camaro. You bought the brand since you like it, not because you're a "Mustang lover" but because you love the 2005 Mustang. That's pretty classy.

I'm okay with Kitt being a Mustang for now. In a couple of years, it would have been a Camaro, but producers like to jump the gun and go with what's cool now. For now, Kitt can be a Mustang—whatever. It'll still be a good movie featuring a good domestic muscle mobile.

More on "the new KITT".....Go figure.

http://www.autoblog.com/2008/01/04/r...-role-of-kitt/

Seems that money and being in the right spot at the right time once again allow for something good to happen to something that doesn't deserve it.

I'll probably still watch it anyway, but it will have to be really good to keep my attention.

They should have delayed the show until the Camaro came out.
