i have to agree. i prefer F series to Silverado. Ram looks the best ... though i would still go F series if i needed a pickup

mer. i tried out a couple new ford trucks. while the 5.0 in the trucks enjoys some nice high speed acceleration, it is very soggy on the low end, even compared to my 5.3 which is already soggy to begin with.

the ford interior is absolutely HIDEOUS compared to the chevy. it looks like a retarded pre schooler designed it. everything in it is round and square, and horribly mis matched. epic fail on fords part.

Maybe the "Royal Knight" El Camino? They were available in other colors. My friends Dad had a black with red one that had a padded vinyl, button tufted tonneau cover. It looked to be a factory cover because it was so well done but who knows. That truck was AMAZING for the time.

Becasue I have never heard of a GM with paint issues....... Hmmm isn't there a thread or 2 about paint issues on this forum? LMAO.

Here in truck country, MN, almost verybody has a 4wd of some kind. And I have friends that drive every different model of every brand it seems. It all boils down to personal opinion.

I DD a f150 and I like it. I had a 2009 GMC Sierra All-Terrain and a 2009 Ram 1500 and they were both nice trucks too. Everybody makes a nice pickup these days and it is simply opinion which one you prefer over the other.

My only complaint with the GMC was the gutlessness of it. Which I'm sure will be addressed in the new models in 2014.

which is funny because up until now ford was always the epitome of gutless trucks.
