Being he had already hitten her (her car anyways) seems to me that she deserved to be able to hit him atleast once.

All I'm saying is, you do that to the wrong person and you just might wish you didn't. Besides, he hit her with his car not his fist and he didn't hit her. He hit her car. Big difference.

Its hard to tell but, it looks like the truck driver has a phone to their ear and doesn't even put it down after ramming the dodge I would be shoving that phone up something

I would definitely ask the lady quite forcefully where the @(#* she learned how to drive. And proceed to explain to her that while driving, you're supposed to keep your eyes on the road. After that I'd have to go cool off while the cops came. I asked the same question to some idiot that nearly sideswiped my Camaro when I had her, he asked why I was being so angry... geee i dunno, maybe because it was like the 5th freaking time some crappy driver nearly side swiped my car and acted like it was no big deal

This is what happenes when you let mother****ers with ADD and poor coordination drive. I think licensing requirements should be much stricter and the actual road test be much harder as well.

Honestly, I'm like PQ, I love my car. It's my ****ing property and people should be respectful of it.

PQ, I really do think I would go to jail for assault. If someone has that much blatant disregard for my property, then I have the same disregard towards them. People get off too easily for shit like this, and are likely to do it again. I guarantee you, however, that they'll never forget a good beating.

Though I'd want to. It was not intentional. So I'd skip the personal assault. But it was just not paying attention and be default, my car takes an undeserved shot like that so I'd have to vent somehow by a window or two and a serious bitching out.

If it were intentional, then all bets are off.
