With you budget being around $45k have you thought about 2011 GT500's. Sure they sticker at $49k but many members are picking them up for $44-$46k now. It's definitely worth a test drive at least. The new 2011 aluminum engine and all the other new features for 2011 make it the best mustang ever.

I WISH I could drive stick! :( but my leg pains and my lower back hurt so I am pretty sure that manual is out of the question. SO my hopes are that zl1 comes out in an auto so I can enjoy it. but that is great advice! Thank you!
