We had our realm first 85 in 12 hours, I know other servers had it faster. I stayed up for 4 hours, was almost 82 when I logged. Now at 82 and counting.

Successful quitter since Jan 2010.

Lv80 priest when I quit, heard what they did to healing recently and will continue to be a successful quitter.

My paladin is 85 as of Saturday evening. I have to start gearing up for raids next week so heroics all week! Fun.

They made it challenging, which is good in a way but bad here at the start of the expansion. Its really challenging. I go OOM on regular boss fights if I'm not careful. Its actually fun re-learning how to heal. Paladins do more than just spam Flash of Light now, too.

I may be the only one, but I preferred EQ2 MUCH more than WoW.

I have however quit them all and feel much better for it.

Yes and no. They only seem to difficult because of how easy Wrath heroics were. But if you have a competent group, they feel easy still. I was in a few where I wouldn't go under 80% on trash and 50% mana on boss fights with my holy paladin. You just need the right CC classes and a tank that knows what they're doing.

Yeah I'm sure that has a lot do with it. Once you were geared up properly in Wrath, heroics were definitely pretty easy. I'm sure the case will be similar here, this is the first expansion I've played during the beginning stages.

After the breeze that Wrath was, I find that would be the hard part.
