That's what I was telling my brother that I could be at my house and him at his and racing each other. I know this is nothing new to you guys ,but we're just a couple of old HVACR guy's that just got into gaming. I think I need to get better before I try racing the public. I just bought a racing seat at my local speed shop and I'm in the process of building a cockpit for the wheel and pedals.

ive had mine for right at 2 years and luckily i bought the extended warranty and they just replaced mine for free and it only took 2 weeks.. cant be a scam.

I just saw it yesterday at my local Walmart ,but I was afraid to buy it because of all the crap you hear about them censoring. I don't buy any movies or music from them for this reason. Sound like I'm safe with this one though.

The issue has been fixed. I believe any xbox delivered after June '09 comes with a new chip which they call the "jasper" chip. Runs much quieter and corrects the issues which caused the older models to over-heat. Which was the main reason for the 3 red rings.

Or any red light for that matter.



Sadly my elite isn't a jasper.....:(

How can you tell? Mine was bought in nov. but I don't know how long it sat on the shelf.

Not sure, but i don't reccomend letting your daughter play..

And nahh, you can play, just say sorry if you bump someone or something.

They also have drag racing, but it's kinda unfair because Modded Veryon vs my 9.6 SRT8 Charger, is not cool.

MFR date on the back label. Mine is 2008-10-23

which is october 23 2008.


and trust me, if it was the old loud ones you would be able to tell. It sounds like a jet engine turning on. The new ones are very quiet.

Yeah, I found out real quick that she's a little young yet. What about racing live with forza. Can a modded up Bmw be racing a stock 4 banger?
