well i am a cod player and am also waiting for blackops, but who ever said it was realistic? i mean i am with you on how i can add cold blooded or even a blast shield to help me in the game.

So far I've played a bit of the solo and an hour or two of multi-player. The game is a lot of fun. Halo 3 is what got me to buy an xbox. I beat that then went out and bought 1 and 2! lol Reach is great. I never got ODST. How is it? Any good? To anyone who only played halo 1 check out 3. You could probably get it used dirt cheap now. It's worth the money.

Well, that's what a ton of people say makes Call of Duty better, because it's more "realistic" when in fact it has some of the same fantasy elements as Halo.

I'm definitely waiting for Black Ops and I really hope Treyarch follows Bungie's lead at getting rid of all the stupid BS that goes on in games.

ODST was underwhelming for me. I got a little ways into the campaign but got bored quickly. I held onto it for the Reach beta, but that was more exciting than the game itself to me.

Just finished the campaign last night... if you haven't learned this from the other Halo games, always stick around still the credits finish scrolling

I got through ODST this past weekend just to get the GS for it. Might go back and get a few more cheevos, it was alright, but nothing like the other halos (1-3 and what I've played through reach). Got stuck on mission 3 (well 2, but mission 1 was a cinematic), will tackle again tonight! MP was fun last night as well, got all the challenges, minus the campaign one.

Couldn't put it down. And it's not like an RPG where it takes 30 hrs to beat.

I'm a battlefield bad company 2 fan, its slightly more realistic, COD has turned into a grenade launcher battle, its not even fun anymore...I'm playing MAG now, but I don't like how you have to wait to play a match...I have MOH reserved and black ops, and GT5 lol....thinking about picking up this game, but never owned a xbox.
