Calculated by my trainer. He said for my build, the amount of exercise I do and such 2500 was ideal for 1lb a week loss. Which I actually exceeded.

And propel usually.

If soda, diet coke or dr pepper.

Energy drink, monster rehab which is only 20 calories a can. And makes me workout harder and run longer
