Yep, I've been doing the same line of work for 11 years and advanced pretty far. Taking a step back to a job level I've already surpassed isn't in my best interest.

Then don't, its not like you guys are that far apart. That girl I dated ultimately moved back to Michigan, we kept going for over a year after that. Talk about going more than 4 days without certain things.

You're HR right? Why don't you apply to retail stores that need an HR manager?
