I was diagnosed with PCOS about 3 years ago. My problem can cause depression and mood swings. I SERIOUSLY get ALOT of mood swings all the time

I'm hitting the gym tonight for sure. I'm on a track to every other day. I have to get my blood pressure down. I'm not excited to be spending two hours in the hospital on Wednesday to see why my pressure keeps on spiking up:(
