Cool video! What's the difference between using straps or not? I know I can go up in weight doing deadlifts but my grip is bad...

Cause I got yelled at by Monchy.....


Still going strong only 3 more workouts left of the 2month program on Insanity. Since my last post I have dropped 6lbs and have been eating less (that is why me results haven't been as great as I had hoped). Although I may not look like all the other transformation pics you see from others while doing Insanity I am proud that through sickness, pain and discouragement I didn't miss a single day and I am looking a lot better and feel better about myself. After Insanity i am doing 1 more week of it since my friend missed 1 week and after that time to hit the weights, can go backwards!

Looking and feeling better is what it is all about. Keep up the hard work and it will keep paying off! You have came along ways for sure.
