That's easy for a French speaker. It means annoyance as a noun and to irritate or to sharply stimulate as a verb. "Piquer" means to sting as does a bee.

Not sure if this counts, as I am not certain the actual characteristics of the plant family, but the legume family includes peas, beans, and peanuts. Not certain if all legumes have seeds in-line surrounded by a sheath or not.

abide can mean to reside or to condone: IE "I can't abide rude behavior" (I can't stand/handle/condone rude behavior") or "Where they abide" (IE where they live) or "abide by the rules" (live by or follow the rules)
