Ones again hanging out with my buddy "The Gym" It feels so good when you do a awesome workout and you feel it in every muscle! Got it love it!

I'm just happy I made it through my HIIT workout after work yesterday. My head is still draining though, but I survived. Body weight exercises tonight then HIIT again tomorrow. May need to tighten my belt again soon, I am down one hole next one is coming up quick.

just did deadlifts today....

I weigh about 150lbs

did 335lbs x 10 reps! using a rep calculator that puts me at 447lbs 1rm, almost at "elite" class for my weight!
