I'd wait it out. When Diablo III came to PC, it said "shipping soon" when I ordered release day delivery. I called all day and they could not figure out why it hadn't shipped. I got home from work and it was right there on my doorstep, despite the site still saying "shipping soon."

If you don't have PS+ or just want to reup in the next month or two, I'd wait (in regards to the best buy promotion). You're going to see a lot of retailers offering a year of PS+ for $30 around black friday. That beats the $10 PS Store credit you'll get from the deal.

Is the playstation app coming out for launch? Or is that coming sometime after?

The iPhone and android apps are already available. The remote play on Cita was enabled with the last firmware update

Kotaku's system also did this after they downloaded Netflix. And some of the Taco Bell's early release winners also have reported having issues shortly after downloading the app.

I believe there is but my wife has the newest iPad. I only have a first gen. Go to the App Store and search Sony Playstation. That exactly and it'll be the first app you see
