Well.. aside from fuel economy:

Toledo to Battle Creek in LS1, 3/4 tank of gas.
Toledo to Battle Creek in Ford 4.0, 1/2 tank of gas.
Toledo to Battle Creek in Ford I4, less than a blip on the gauge.

Then again my car kinda liked to stay at 2K doing 80.. and it's suddenly idling at 1K rather than 750. Think I may need to do a blackwing swap soon. If it was a Carb'd 350 I'd just dial the idler screw back like I gotta do on my test.

Clean the throttle body. That could cause a high idle. Or a vacuum leak
