Went to the airshow at Tyndall AFB this weekend. It rained most of the day Saturday, but I did get some pics...

My second favorite runway, flew over it today but forgot to get a picture. I take my Camaro out on it a lot after the runway is closed for the night. I have gotten up to 116mph on it by the same distance the underpowered old 150 I have borrowed gets to Vx in the summer. Scary stuff when you're alone with half tanks yet barely climb with a 15kt headwind.

Anyone recommend a flight school? I'm a student pilot now, and need my CPL. ATP wants $85k and that isn't happening.

Our normal cruise speed is .90M but in that photo we were in Australia and had to make up time to cross a fix at specific time so I bumped it up to .92M. The jet will happily do it all the time.

LRC is .85M-.87M. Any slower than that and you're giving up fuel to AoA.

Wish could help you there but don't have a clue how flight training works nowadays other than do your research carefully to find hidden gotchas where it may look cheaper on paper and cost you more in the long run. How much flight time does that include? There are a number of community colleges that have flight programs. May want to check to see if there is one in your area. Hope someone here can give you a better answer.
