Basically your body doesn't produce the enzymes (lactase) or enough of them to efficiently break down lactose #sciencenerd

I had actually quit drinking milk for a while in high school. It wasn't until I got involved with the dairy industry in college that I started drinking milk again.

this is why some of us do not post at times. I swear I have seen more drama as an adult here, church, everywhere than I ever did in high school and i'm not even exaggerating.
