That's what I like about the mini's.... you can push 250-300hp and be in the 13's and still get 35mpg on the highway (and upper 20's in town)

I suppose. If I wasn't driving 60k a year and trying to capitalize on $.50 cents on the mile I would be driving something a little less economical.

mine has a 40 x 20 pool and an 11 foot bar, 65 inch big screen, 9 foot pool table and more

You know what they say about real estate? Location, location, location. If you've ever been to Old Town Scottsdale as a single man that extra 5 feet of pool wouldn't make a bit of difference.
