It sucks that you didn't get a newer Ford or Chevrolet. Everyone knows that anything GM from the 90's to early 2000's sucked.

I think the only reason that Envoy is still on the roads is because you barely drive it and it's only seen sunlight for 15% of it's life.

Not really. The GMT-360s are all pretty reliable. And the 4.2L is still widely regarded as one of the best engines GM ever built.

Pretty much anything truck based from GM ever will be fine. It's the cars that were iffy because GM honestly didn't give a crap about cars.
