I went to a gun show over the weekend and was talking to one of the vendors there who can sale class 3 items. We was talking about this bull crap and how Obama is trying to go after guns again. He said that because of everything that has happened recently, so many people are trying to buy class 3 items that the wait time now is 12-15 months.

nobody knows the exact wait time.. the ATF just started doing online forms so that should cut out three weeks of mail.. Louisiana just quit requiring transferees to register their items so that cuts out another month.. I would direct you to nfatracker.com to get an accurate idea of what the wait times have been. deduct 21 days from the date the check is cashed and that should be the new times, if my predictions are correct

No, I know NFA items are taking 8+ months to process. I was wondering if his lawyer is anything like mine taking his sweet A$$ time - 2 months waiting now to get the trust set up.

I'm going to see another lawyer about it when I get back from Detroit this Friday.

That's crazy! My guy sent me the final trust less than a day after I sent him the information form.

I think it has something to do with me being from a northern state, He calls me a yankee when he speaks to a friend of mine that I want added to my trust. In short I don't think he wants to do it for me.

Fcuk him I'll go elsewhere when I get back home Friday.

I would be tempted to sit on the side of the road in front of my house with a GoPro and record everyone driving by, upload the video of all the speeders to YouTube, and send the video link to the local police

I'd use it for clocking the police, but then I'd probably get shot by one of those trigger happy police around here.

Why'd you switch back to the AACs?

I just couldn't justify the cost difference. I like the mounting system on the Surefire, but everything I read said that they were pretty much identical in performance.

The price difference in the 7.62 and 5.56 cans was enough to pay for my Osprey, and part of the Sparrow.
