I gave you an answer to why they lost that game.

The side judge who was looking right at the play chose not to call a major foul under the player safety protocols.

This allowed the Jets punt returner a free run to the end zone winning them the game.

Like I said previously they(Jets) lost their QB missed the playoffs and despite at least 3 league screw jobs during the season the Bills still won the division.

Ok, that’s nice. They still lost. I don’t care if its by a non-call or lost by 100 points. Like you said, their starting qb got hurt after 4 plays and the bills couldn’t do enough to win. Heck, even if they called a penalty, there’s no guarantee bills would have won. Bills lost to the jets in 2022 as well. So it’s no gimmie.

Technically all that matters is getting a playoff spot. I was just commenting on the bills/jets. All that other stuff is irrelevant.

As a Bills fan I can recognize we don't want to go into OT. Allen is 0-6 in OT games and not entirely his fault. I was physically distressed for a day or two after that 13 seconds KC game. Our defense has needed to be better for years. Particularly against the run. In the JP Losman days our defense would give us a chance to win and we couldn't put points on the board.

Todd Downing the former OC of the Titans under Vrabel is the new game planner/ play caller for the Jets.

Nate Hackett and his playbook will remain with the team.

While I am glad the Bills do not have to face him because of this I think the Jets are wrong.

They traded for a guy with 1 year left on his deal.

They knew he wanted a new deal and decided to cheap out and expected him to play on an expiring deal.

They have plenty of cap room and could get it done easily but its the Jets and they have a way of messing things up.

Much like the Bengals and Chase and the Bengals and Higgins too cheap to pay their stars.

That is a 76% completion rate

Only starting QB in the NFL with ZERO interceptions through 6 games plus 10 passing TD's and 3 rushing TD's

The refs were ridiculous with 22 accepted penalties on both teams for over 200 yds.

Went into Gotham and got the job done and now have a 3 game lead over the Jets and a 3 game lead over the Fins.
