I'd be in trouble truthfully. Not many cars that fit into that price bracket that I really care for. I'd hate to go base model Taurus, and honestly I'm not sure any Challenger is worth it except for the SRT8. Maybe a gently used GTO. Or maybe I break down and buy another Grand National. Personally, I refuse to pay that much money for a used car on principle

Not really liking my choices here. Maybe I just go full on Amish and get a horse and buggy.

Yes. And yes, Holden is owned by GM. For the most part, Holden's been able to do whatever they want without much interference from Detroit, though.

I do believe that if I was to own any other brand it would be a Honda Ridgeline 4x4. Nice set up. I just can't imagine myself owning anything other that a GM product.

i dont think it matters in this hypothetical situation.

i would definitely set my sights on ford. unfortunately they dont have many rwd cars. so BMW/Audi would be my back up

To me it does matter because if they never exisited I would be a ford or mopar guy.(I sort of am anyhow) If they just go out of business I might just buy a used chevy.

Yeah, That Zplan perk fuels most of the above. Otherwise I'd stick to them anyway. I can't bring myself to drive an 'import'. Also, I will say that the Prem trim on the GT is *gag*. <_<
