All of this in the same thread- I don't know if this post is full of Win or Fail, but I want to see how it ends.

Reasons why Texas is better.. And these are facts.

ONLY state flag that can be flown as same height as the US flag
ONLY state where its citizens serving in military can take leave of absence to defend State if under attack

and of course the Texas State Motto... Shoot 'em all and let God sort them out.
And don't forget- they're the only state with their own territorial waters.

I'll tell you my Texas Experience. I've been there 3 times- all after natural disasters (Houston area for floods and hurricanes) for months at a time. God bless Texas, but I'm glad I live in Idaho .

I'm with you mlee, when I saw the thread title I came in ready to give "my 2 cents worth" and not in a polite way .... glad I read the whole thread and found out it was about football !

This thread is Sad

For you Texas Fans who are taking any thread over WE SUCK to the heart Grow some.

Some Folks just like to run it in your Face when they know even with what we had leading us We really didnt suck just came up short.
"IF" We had Won it would be yeah 1 to our whatever high number they may give.

WE LOST......Its over however im proud of this Team for sticking in there until the End. We gave them hell as much as we could. We didnt start jelling with out NEW QB until the late 3rd and because of Youth and some Rust he had a Few problems either way you look at it.

The SEC did not Blow out the Big12 in this Game they came away with a hard fought Win

Congrats.

Texas does suck, although they played a phenomenal game last night without their star quarterback. I must say that Gilbert has a great future ahead of him. Texas, despite its natural suckiness, should have won. After watching some of those no-calls, I want to take up zebra hunting.

For me, there's always basketball. It's good to be a Jayhawk.
