Aperently when Obama's task force was taking their tour of GM and looking at their upcomimg products, they saw a CTS-V coupe while on their way to another location. Everybody stoped and were amazed and impressed with it.

The gm website says 2.9 Turbo diesel? Can you say torque? Apparently its mated to a 6 speed Gear box too...

Edit: estimated 250 horsepower (184 kW) and 406 lb.-ft. of torque (550 Nm).

Uh... the commercial doesn't show the evolution of the car, it shows the 2nd Gen CTS sedan, the new CTS Wagon, the new SRX , and the upcoming CTS Coupe. Showing what awesome new vehicles Caddy has on its way!

Welcome to the site. That video has already been posted, so I merged the threads. Still a cool commercial.

Typically, the weight of a coupe is a little less than the sedan so I'd peg it at right around 3800 lbs for the 3.0L V6 RWD.
