Some custom knives made by a friend of mine.
*
The green handled one is the "Zombie Disassembly Tool"...my fav.
*
Two fighters a push knife and a Battle Hawk.
*
All have Kydex sheaths except for the ZDT...when you're hunting zombies you don't ever want it in a sheath.

Your friend is very skilled. Does he sell to the public?

He is a welder...actually makes headers for import cars though.

He dropped a piece of sheet metal at work that broke into the pattern of a knife and the rest is history.

It is a great knife. I don't buy that many knives, maybe 1 every 3-4 months and it was worth it

Same here.. Some of the people I am friends with are insane... 3-4 100+ dollar knives a month. That's a car payment. And they never carry them or anything. But to each his own lol.

Glad to hear it was worth it, it is a sick knife no doubt!

Going to be picking up this blade soon. It's the new SOG kiku. I find this knife way to pleasing on the eye not to get one. Plus it's a menacing blade on top of looking extremely nice. These large 5.6" fixed blade versions are going on amazon for 120 right now with the black coating. Really excited to get this knife in my hands!!!
If I like the fixed blade enough I might splurge on the large folder in the future. I just really wish it wasn't a liner lock ... I thrash on my blades pretty hard.

My review of the 810 Contego is up in post #2. Sorry it took awhile to post it up. It really takes a long time to put all of that together and formulate it into a coherent well spoken review. Which I'm sure you can understand is hard for me being from alabama. Let me know what you guys think of the review! I hope you guys enjoy!
