Cab sheet metal probably. Front fascia will be different and I know for a fact we'll have longer bed lengths.

I would rather see a smaller version of the Silverado, instead of (What I believe it will appear like) is an Equinox / Traverse Truck. I am still looking forward to the reveal, just afraid of being disappointed.

Wonder if a "Sport" version will be produced?

That's more or less what this will be.

People do miss small trucks, and I would agree somewhat that the midsize trucks may be a tad big and encroaching a bit much on the full size. That said, the full size trucks are now larger than the used to be, and a midsize is closer to what a fullsize used to be 15 - 20 years ago. I don't need a full size, and I'll bet a good percentage of full size owners could get by just fine with a midsize.

For those wanting a Ranger/S10 sized truck, the single and regular cab Colorados/Canyon's aren't really that much bigger.

For me, a truck the size of a crew cab Colorado is the perfect size for me. My 2006 Colorado Crew cab 4x4 Z71 feels just right.

Something that's just smaller than a full size with fuel efficient but still capable powertrains is exactly what I'd want.
I agree...although I I'd probably want more efficiency than capability as the largest stuff I'm likely to haul would be a couple dirt bikes, a fourwheeler or pull a small trailer. But of course, as a truck it needs to have some capability. But for those buyers wanting to work....just get a full size.

The side profile will likely look the same or very similar, but the front ends are going to look way different. (As they should! I'd never buy that Malibu-ish looking Colorado). Also, hopefully the interiors will be different.

It would kinda be an embarrassment to GM's engineering team if they couldn't outdo those three.
I guess that would allow them to throw about the phrasing "reinvent the segment" pretty easily!

I am eager to see this truck. Not in the market...but when I am - this (or the end of this generation) is what I'll be looking at.

I think a lot of people are looking for a truck like this, but only if it is done right. Make it capable, make it efficient, and make it a business case for consumers (not GM) when it comes to pricing this vehicle. I understand profit is important but I think they shouldn't get too greedy on this one or it will collapse on itself.

From the Chevy Trucks Facebook page:

A midsized truck with a rugged redefinition. We can't wait to introduce you to the all-new 2015 Chevy Colorado on November 20. Keep checking back to see the pieces revealed.

Dammit GM. Such a tease.

Are the Colorado and Canyon reveals going to take place at the same time or do you think the Canyon will be revealed later? I'd guess the same time.
