Learned how to drive on an old manual pickup on the farm at the age of 9. Picked up my license at age 16 in 1986. Back then Montana didn't really have a daytime speed limit.

I failed my first time on the driving portion also. I didn't back out far enough from the parking spot and took out the headlight on my parents car. Oops. That was an awful day. But soon after I attempted it again and passed with flying colors.
