Wow kids modding their cars and we call them ricers. I know I didnt have the muscle car when I was 16 but I modded the heck out of that VW. Ricer, hot rod , rat rod, resto mod all are just car enthusiats!!

very true ... my problem with them is generally the reckless driving style. i have no problem modding what you can afford

yes, I know where the term came from. people joked that they burned rice alcohol instead of gas. but the definition your using is old and dated. for at least the last 20 years ricer has not meant that.

oh, and I already helped support our automakers with that taxpayer funded bailout
